Come join us for a beautiful run along the Blountstown Greenway Bike Path. The Catfish Crawl 5K benefits the Blountstown Fire Department Scholarship Fund.
The Catfish Crawl 5K & Kid’s Run, is held on the scenic Blountstown Greenway Bike Path in Downtown Blountstown. The certified course is mostly shaded and all closed to traffic. We offer chipped timing, age group awards three deep from 0-9 all the way to 70+ in 5 year increments and those coveted Catfish Crawl t-shirts. Supervised childcare for race participants with activities and a bounce house! Yes, we’ve thought of it all!
No excuses, just come run! Race Day packet pickup and registration will begin at 0700 CST at the Depot. Get there early! The 5K race will begin at 0800 CST. Our FREE Kids Fun Run will begin after the last 5K finisher crossed the line!
We at BFD encourage healthy living and we believe that starts early. That's why our Kid's One Mile Fun Run is absolutely FREE. Kids can register race day and will receive a finisher's medal.
All proceeds help BFD to provide a Blountstown High School graduating senior with a full scholarship to a local fire academy.
