On Friday, March 14, former Holmes County High School standout Marissa Barnes’ current college team, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Dartmouth Big Green.

The game took place at Betty Basler Field. This was their first matchup against the Big Green this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at Betty Basler Field against Dartmouth Big Green.
