Settlement seeks vendors for Winterfest event The Panhandle Pioneer Settlement in Blountstown is looking for vendors for Winterfest 2023, Saturday January 21st, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All items sold must be handmade. One 8' table is $40, or you can reserve 2 - 8' tables for $60. Vendors will be set up inside the Frink Gym. Deadline to reserve is January 13th.
